Original Products: Created and copyrighted by us.

Resell Products: Created by third parties and resold by us under valid MRR (Master Resell Rights) or PLR (Private Label Rights) agreements.

2. Licensing Definitions

Your purchase grants you a specific license as outlined on the product page:

PLR (Private Label Rights): You may edit, rebrand, and claim authorship. You may sell the modified version to your customers.

MRR (Master Resell Rights): You may resell the product as-is and, if specified, pass on the resell rights to your customers. You may not edit the content or claim authorship.

Personal Use: If no rights are specified, the product is for your personal use only.

3. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

For products we resell (Third-Party PLR/MRR), we provide the content "as-is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information and are not liable for any copyright issues or errors contained within files created by external authors.

4. Income Disclaimer

We sell business tools, not "get rich quick" schemes. Xquisite Store makes no guarantees regarding your potential earnings. Your success is dependent on your own marketing, business skills, and effort.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our brand name (Xquisite Store), our logos, or our original marketing graphics/images to sell these products on your own platform. You must create your own branding for your resold versions.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access to download links if we detect "group buying," unauthorized sharing of our member links, or violations of the license terms. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
