Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of products from Xquisite Store are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital products (including PLR and MRR assets) cannot be "returned" or "un-downloaded" once access has been granted.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:
You waive your right to a refund once the digital file has been delivered to your email or accessed via our download portal.
You understand that you are purchasing digital licenses (PLR/MRR) and that "change of mind" is not a valid reason for a refund.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Zip extractors) to use the files. You are responsible for ensuring you have enough storage space
Exceptions
We only consider refund requests under the following strictly defined conditions:
Duplicate Purchase: If you purchased the exact same item twice in the same transaction.
Non-Delivery: If our system shows the download link was never sent or accessed.
Defective Original File: If an original product created by our store is proven to be broken/corrupt and we cannot provide a working version within 10 business days.
